Qualities and responsibilities of a good pastor

Jeremiah 3 vs. 15

And I will give you pastors according to mine heart, which shall feed you with knowledge and understanding.

1. He should be more knowledgeable about the word of God than his congregation.
2. He should be a Bible scholar and Teacher able to feed the congregation with the word of God.
