Proverbs 29 vs. 15
The rod and reproof give wisdom: but a child left to himself bringeth his mother to shame.
Proverbs 29 vs. 17
Correct thy son, and he shall give thee rest; yea, he shall give delight unto thy soul.
- The Bible supports correcting children or punishing them with strokes of cane.
- You are not doing your son any good by sparing the cane.
- The cane is a rod of correction; use it when necessary on children.
