1 Kings 11

For Solomon went after Ashtoreth the goddess of the Zidonians, and after Milcom the abomination of the Ammonites.

⁶ And Solomon did evil in the sight of the Lord, and went not fully after the Lord, as did David his father.

⁸ And likewise did he for all his strange wives, which burnt incense and sacrificed unto their gods.

And the Lord was angry with Solomon, because his heart was turned from the Lord God of Israel, which had appeared unto him twice,

¹³ Howbeit I will not rend away all the kingdom; but will give one tribe to thy son for David my servant’s sake, and for Jerusalem’s sake which I have chosen.

¹⁴ And the Lord stirred up an adversary unto Solomon, Hadad the Edomite: he was of the king’s seed in Edom.

1. King Solomon loved God, but he also loved women. Half of his heart was for God, the other half for women. He did not only loved women, but he loved those from an ungodly heritage.- vs 1
2. My husband shall not fall into the hands of strange women in Jesus name
3. God warned Solomon not to fall in love with Moabites, Ammonites, Edomites, Zidonians, and Hittites. But Solomon was blinded by love, and cleft his heart in disobedience to strange women from these nations- vs 2
4.  The eyes of my children shall not be blinded by strange women in Jesus name
5. Holy Spirit help open my blind eyes when I fall in love in Jesus name
6. King Solomon accumulated 1000 strange women, 700 were official wives and 300 concubines. He was greedy for women
7. The Bible says his wives  turned his heart away from God- vs 3
8. My children shall not fall into the hands of enemies of God in Jesus name
9. Strange women caused Solomon to disobey God
10. Strange women caused Solomon not to walk in perfection with God
11. Strange women caused Solomon to walk with idols
12. Strange women caused Solomon to build altars for idols
13. Strange women caused Solomon to romance with Satan
14. Strange women caused God who make Solomon wealthy to become his enemy
15. Strange women caused God who gave Solomon wisdom to start fighting him
16. God appeared to Solomon twice and gave him a blank cheque…ask what you want; but Strange women turned God to the enemy of Solomon
17. Strange women cause Solomon to burn incense to idols
18. Strange women caused God to break up Solomons kingdom
19. Strange women cause God to raise several adversaries against Solomon
20. Strange women caused God to take ten kingdoms away from Solomon
21. God deliver my husband and children from strange women in Jesus name
