Will God forgive my past sins?

Judges 9 vs. 24 – The cruelty done to the threescore and ten sons of Jerubbaal might come, and their blood be laid upon Abimelech their brother, which slew them; and upon the men of Shechem, which aided him in the killing of his brethren.

 

1. In this passage, Abimelech killed his half brothers and half sisters, 40  of them, all children of his father.
2. The Bible states that their blood is upon Abimelech and all those that assisted him to commit the murder.
3. God does forgive our past evils, when we repent, but we will still undergo some sort of punishment on earth.
