Marriage counsel: Choosing a life partner

Genesis 28 vs. 1 – And Isaac called Jacob, and blessed him, and charged him, and said unto him, Thou shalt not take a wife of the daughters of Canaan.

1. In this passage Isaac counselled his son – Jacob from choosing a wife among the heathen.
2. If you are looking for a life partner, watch where you choose a wife.
3. The place to pick a partner is from the congregation of saints.
4. No matter the inducements, never pick a spouse from among unbelievers.

Holy Spirit, help me to choose right in marriage in Jesus name.
