I want a forgiveness prayer about musturbating i was used to it and God showed me that it was sin, all these days i was not doing it anymore but i just woke up feeling backach and i prayed but the pain didint go away so i finaly musturbate thinking that it would help to stop the pain,i prayed for forgiveness but iam still feeling guilty inside of doing what the spirit revealed to me that was sin

Hallo, my name is Mark. i have a very serious problem. i masturbate quite often; even when i make up my mind to stop, i find myself doing it again. i have prayed to God for forgiveness and deliverance and i know and trust he can forgive me for my unclean way of life.

I am in the same situation as the rest of these people. I have had many years in the masturbation experience. When I first started doing I wasn’t Christian, I was catholic all my life but then I came to Christianity and I still kept doing it. I noticed I repented from watching pornography but I still continued to sin by masturbating. I feel like it has controlled my life and I can’t stop it. I do have periods of time where I stop for a long time but every once in a while I come right back to it. I need to stop listening to my flesh and listen to the spirit of God. I need big time prayers, please. I really want to get rid of this from my life. I have faith that I will get rid of this the same way I got rid of pornography, and many other things.
