Exodus 16 vs 26

Six days ye shall gather it; but on the seventh day, which is the sabbath, in it there shall be none.

God wants each of His followers to set aside a day to worship Him.
In the Bible, the day is described as a Sabbath day. It is both a day of rest and a day of worship.
Though worshipping God should be 24/7, God, who is our creator, also wants us to set aside a day to worship Him, which is now popularly done on Sundays.
So, as a Christian, you must have the understanding that Sunday is a day of worship and not a holiday.
You can take Saturday as a day of rest, but on Sunday, you are supposed to present yourself to God.
If the Service hour is 1 or 2 hours, make sure you concentrate and use all that you have to worship God.
