And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?

Jesus is referred to as the Lord and the Saviour.
Most Christians accept Jesus Christ as their Lord, but few accept Jesus as their saviour.
That was why Jesus Christ lamented, why are you calling me Lord when you are not allowing me to save you?
If you believe Jesus Christ is the son of God, you have accepted him as your Lord, but if you refuse to follow his instructions, you have not accepted Him as your saviour.
Accepting Jesus as Lord alone will not take you to heaven. You must accept him as your Lord and Saviour.
