Deliverance prayers: I am blessed not cursed

Genesis 27 vs.13 – And his mother said unto him, Upon me be thy curse, my son: only obey my voice, and go fetch me them.

1. Rebekah cursed herself in an attempt to bring a blessing to her beloved son.
2. She reaped her cursed as she died before Jacob returned from PadamAram, where he fled to as a refugee to escape from the anger of his brother Esau.
3. So in a way, Rebekah never lived to witness the prosperity of Jacob.
4. Evil doers never lived long to enjoy the blessings of their evil seeds.
