Can I take Holy Communion while fasting


Question:

Assuming I went to Sunday service while fasting and it happened to be a communion service. Am I suppose to partake in the communion?

Answer:

Yes take the Holy Communion while fasting. The Head of the Church is Christ. The Church is the Head of Christians. The rules of your local church supersedes your personal rules as per Christian practice. The church is also a link between you and Jesus.

You cant refrain from taking Holy communion because of your personal fasting programmes. Holy Communion taken these days as a bread piece and drink sip is not a meal. Avoid legalistic righteousness

False faith can be so detrimental to people because at the end of whatever their praying was for doesn’t come through can cause undeserved anger at God without ourselves realizing our faith is coupled with some doubt, remember, those that “are opinioned” that they are faithful are “the last” that Jesus spoke of in our Bibles.
