Luke 9 vs 28-36

 

Jesus took Peter, John, and James to a mountain to pray. Several things happened as they prayed:

1. They were transformed from human beings to heavenly beings.
2. They appeared like angels.
3. Heaven came down to talk with them.
4. God sent two great prophets, Moses and Elijah, to discuss with them.
5. The glory of God came down.
6. All that will happen to Jesus was revealed unto him.
7. The cloud of Heaven overshadowed them.
8. Heaven was open
9. Heaven spoke as a voice emerged from the cloud.
10. Heaven gave a testimony concerning him, saying this is my beloved son.
11. So, take it seriously anytime you pray because you are about to provoke Heaven.
